The bank’s biggest division is commercial lending, with 12 commercial lenders operating in the communities they serve. Consumers National Bank prides itself on its local focus, with all aspects of the company remaining local, including ownership, the board of directors, and deposits. The bank aims to invest and strengthen local communities by keeping its money in the local market.

The president and CEO of Consumers National Bank, Ralph Lober II, expressed the bank’s commitment to accessibility for customers, with easy access to management at branches. Lober highlighted the bank’s involvement in local projects and its role in helping them come to fruition. The bank’s current challenges include interest rates and raising awareness of its services. Consumers National Bank has plans for future expansion, with an upcoming branch in Massillon and a continuous focus on identifying new markets not served by community banks. The bank currently has branches in Green and Fairlawn, along with its headquarters in Minerva.
